Crystal clear, pale straw cider with faint green hue and sparkling, rapid carbonation pours a meager, white, tiny-bubbled head that dissolves hastily down to a a few minuscule bubbles only. The nose gets relatively sour apple juice with a distinct vinous aroma. The tongue loves sour apple juice that is accompanied by a distant twist of white wine. The drink finishes rather short with the unchanged but perhaps thinner nuance than upfront. The mouthfeel is really light, slightly thin, dry and somewhat acidic. It's also truly natural, gardeny and faintly vinous.
