🇦🇺 bière d’hier soir. Pas de quoi faire sauter les kangourous au plafond. Une pale ale classique. Faire correctement dans son genre mais ps à mon goût 🦘 (Pas peut fière de la photo!)

A nutty pale ale with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Light but very enjoyable.

Flight 3/4. Lucid, amber beer with lively, sustained carbonation unlocks a creamy head, both for the color and texture, that falls short of one finger and melts soon down to a neat lace ring wafting on top. The retreating foam leaves nothing on the side of the glass. The fragrance offers a tad malt with a caramelly nuance, a little bit of toffee and strong grapefruity citrus. The tongue experiences mild grapefruit, light-piney hops, faint caramel and lemon peel. The aftertaste continues more or less unchanged from upfront and rolls on tongue over long duration. The mouthfeel is light, slightly crisp, a bit mouth-drying but yet astonishingly soft.
