This is my Christmas beer. I'm not going to do a review. I'm just gonna enjoy it and prepare for bed and spending time with my family. Merry Christmas everyone! 5/5

Sweet aroma of rum along with some bourbon, dark fruits, chocolate, roasted malts and slight coffee. Taste has rum first, followed by chocolate, dark fruits, maple syrup, bourbon, coffee, and roasted malts. I love the combo of bourbon and rum barrel aging and every beer I've tried that was aged that way has been tasty. This is no exception. I love the base beer, loved the bourbon barrel aged version more, thought the bourbrum version was even better, and now this one takes the cake. A phenomenal beer that I really can't think of anything to change or improve upon to make it any better. I have one left aging in the cellar and I can't wait to one day see how it develops.
