Awesome! Deep brown in colour with lasting 1/3inch mocha head, good lacing. Nose has oatmeal and a hint of liquorice. Mouthfeel is classic oatmeal stout to start but has some complex stuff coming forward next, some liquorice and aniseed, some (I think) vanilla and a hint of Tonka. Great bitterness, so much enjoyable flavour which lingers through the finish. Lovely, a pudding stout for those that lack a sweet tooth but want something with lots going on.

Very good, full bodied and flavoured with the usual stout suspects along with a mild hint of Tonka beans.
