Un cidre bizarre mais buvable

Brilliant, gold cider with shy, rushed carbonation lays a meager, bubbly lace ring that dies immediately away. The scent is a tad awkward, releasing light-sweet apple juice and a faint perfumy twist. I guess it's oak in this case. The gustatory supply includes relatively sweet apple nectar, followed by a distantly soapy tang. Again, it must be oak. The taste finishes short. The mouthfeel is light, a bit dry as well as slightly confusing: on one hand, it's remotely synthetic, but on the other hand, quite natural. Overall, this is quaffable for a totally nonalcoholic cider.

Forgot to review this a week and a half ago. Apple juicy but with an oaky hint. Good mouthfeel and feels like a proper non-alcoholic cider.
