Beim Eingießen entsteht ein grobporiger Schaum der schnell vergeht. Das Bier duftet malzig und leicht grasig-hopfig. Strohgelb und glasklar wartet es auf mein Urteil. Ich nehme den ersten Schluck und meine Zunge wird umspült von sanfter, leicht süßer Malznote. Darauf folgt eine eine zwiebackähnliche Note. Hopfenbitternis ist im Abgang kaum zu spüren. Das Bier ist trinkbar, doch stellt für mich nichts besonderes dar.
