Marvellous! Never heard of this Pig’s Ears Beer and Art series before, all the breweries involved are top class though. This one is from the ever reliable Wylam with artwork by Sally Linsdell who is apparently from the North East of England but now works out of Bali, clearly winning at life. Anyway the beer is packed full if fresh hops giving juicy tropical and light citrus flavours, sweet and juicy with a medium bitter resinous finish that lingers, harsh at first in fact but settled down as I drank more.
