Semihazy, deep gold beer with brave, sustained carbonation builds a one-finger, white, whipped-creamy head that adorns the top for significantly long. The retreating foam paints the glass with thin lacy cobwebs. The scent is nice: distinct grapefruit pulp and bags of grated lemon peel, accompanied by a good amount of medium-strong hops. The taste offers good vibes with a hefty grassy hops and strong, bitter pale malt. I also find bitter grapefruit and lemon peel as well as a bit piney punch. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with bags of strong hops, a tad dry grass, a pinch of spruce needles and bitter lemon peel. The aftertaste lingers in every nook of the mouth for a substantially long time. The mouthfeel is crisp, slightly coniferous, medium-strong and, interestingly, faintly tropical. Tasty, ungimmicky, old-schoolish brew!

Good hoppy, cloudy beer. Like it. Alas, no cat.
