The scent is extraordinarily citrusy: loads of lemon pulp and lemon peel, a good amount of grapefruit zest and hefty bitter orange peel. The taste puts forward massive lemon peel and a tad lemon pulp, some grapefruit zest and grassy hops. I can also detect a bit of spruce needles and a drop of resin, accompanied by oat flakes. The taste is, generally speaking, truly fruity and nicely summery. The medium-bodied beer finishes with strong oat flakes, bags of lemon peel and a heavy dose of lemon zest and a nice injection of dry hops. Hop burn is evident. The aftertaste has a short to medium duration. The mouthfeel is rather strong, soft and slightly throat-tickling. It's also relatively crisp as well as a bit husky.
