Brewed by Anthony Plum, Sugar Plum is a dark, sweet and full-bodied Plum Porter with an initial fruity plum taste and a lightly roasted, bitter aftertaste. It has background notes of blackcurrants and plums thanks to the late addition of Bramling Cross hops and 10kg Of President Plums which were added directly to the copper during the final boil. The subtle lacing of these ripe, sweet plums add a fruity elegance to the dark, lightly roasted, malty finish.
