Semiclear, deep gold beer with lively, sustained carbonation builds a one-finger, velvety, clean white head whose retention is relatively short. The withdrawing foam leaves very little anything on the wall of the glass. The nose receives weak malt, faint honey and a meager grainy aroma. The palate puts forward slightly bitter, otherwise standard pale malt, good tasty hops with a distantly dry-hoppy twist and some bread with a grainy touch. Bitter lemon peel lingers in the back of the mouth, turning then towards pineyness after swallowing. The light-bodied beer ends with a bit of dry hops accompanying pale malt, a suggestion of resin, a medium-strong grainy punch and an unwelcome drop of disinfectant. The aftertaste rolls on tongue over medium duration. The mouthfeel is light, mildly crisp, slightly tangy but rather fresh as well as relatively clean.
