Not what I expect from a saison. Feels like a brut IPA. Yeasty. Peppery bitterness. Nice piney aftertaste.

Messingisessä korkissa 09/2025. Keltaisen etiketin reunoilla sahalaitaviivat. Kuohkea vitivalkea vaahto. Ruskeankeltainen vaahto. Katkeruutta maistuu - vähän yllättävänkin paljon. Happamuus, jota toki on, jää piiloon. Siis (😠 +) + (🍋-) = 😆 Ehkäpä harvinainen kokonaisuus.
