La 2e de la série, elle fait référence au HMS Cossack qui secouru Oskar à la suite du naifrage du Bismark. Son double houblonnage à froid d'Amarillo et de Vic Secret lui confère des arômes explosifs de fruits tropicaux et de pêches mûres.

Très bonne ipa fruitée. Noctem est une valeur sur.

The last beer I had from this brewery was a five stars. I’m excited to try this one! Yellow color with a nice white head. Super hazy! I can even see little bit of hops in the beer! I can smell tropical fruits and a herbal/green side. The taste is in the same direction. Mango, pineapple and citrus followed by a herbal/green side brought by the hop. It’s bitter but not intense. It’s more green than bitter. This one isn’t a five stars, but I’ll recommend it to anyone! Cheers!
