Pale Amber beer with quick carbonation. Almost no head to a stile surface. Aroma is first fruity with a wild yeast. After the woods and vanilla notes appears. Taste is complex. Perry, wild notes, oak baril, pepper. It’s really good! It’s tough to describe! Cheers!
