Belle robe pourpre, reflets caramels. Nez sucré aux arômes de pêche et de caramel. Le riz est présent aussi. Attaque vive, presque acide en bouche, pêche de vigne. Caramel et riz se distinguent mieux en fin de bouche avec une amertume plutôt légère. Bière légèrement sucrée et fruitée, en finesse 😊
