Flight 3/3. Murky, dark brown beer with ruby tint and a light beige, cotton head that rises up to one finger and lingers on top till the drink is finished. The olfactory provision includes hefty gingerbread as well as Christmassy spices of clove and cardamom. I can't depict anything else. The tongue receives light-roasted brown malt, faint coffee and an intriguing fruity note that first remains a total mystery to me but I gradually start getting a clue of sour peach and a vanishing hint of nutmeg. The body is light. The beer finishes with slightly bitter gingerbread and gingerbread dough, clove and faint nutmeg. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, a bit spiced and appealingly wintry, also somewhat Christmassy. It's also remotely lip-glueing.

A delicious seasonal special winter beer. A mind blowing flavour that is stronger than the strength of the beer. So many flavours that all worked together. Had to bring some home.
