Autumn Tactics

6.4% New England IPA / Hazy IPA

Autumn Tactics was one of the first NEIPAs we brewed and we love coming back to it, always refining it step by step. This year we slightly bumped up the alcohol content as we expect a cold autumn, but with the always reliable combination of Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot it should drink pretty well even on the sunlit days spend amongst the colorful leaves.

Raikas neipa, hyvä tasapaino hedelmäisyyden ja kuivan välillä. Alkoholia kunnolla mutta hyvin piilossa.

Kaunis mehu. Kuiva sitruksinen ja helposti kulauteltava neipa. Loppuun pieni makeampi mangoinen klangi.

Comme une NEIPA tchèque. En canette 50cl, ça devient rare. Méga mousse à l'ouverture et au service. On y trouve des malts d'orge et de blé ainsi que des flocons d'avoine. Avec des houblons non précisés. C'est clair et goûtu à la fois. De bonnes saveurs fruitées. En voilà encore une qui me plait bien, sans être particulièrement originale.
