Pas sûr avec cette Northern monk sur le nom de la bière, c'est une pale Ale avec plusieurs houblons assez légère pas trop d'amertume. En pression c'est pas mal mais par rapport à cette brasserie c'est pas fou.

Reasonable fruity taste at first. Rather cloudy and heavy looking and soon becomes too heavy to have more than a half.

It’s a pale yellow with a little haze (not too much). There’s an aroma of fresh grass and lemons and a tiny hint of black pepper. It quite light in the mouth but watery, it’s got a sweet maltiness and a tropical fruitiness from the hops. It’s a really pleasant beer, I could drink quite a bit of this I think.

Nice ale but maybe a bit too sweet and fruity
