VP02 is the second release in the series, an imperial stout matured in first fill bourbon barrels in our barrel store for 12 months. The longer maturation has mellowed the beer and added an even greater depth of character, with warming aromas of chocolate, molasses and vanilla with a silky bourbon barrel character on the palate.
