Mousse ultra éphémère. Carbonatation fine et presque effervescente. Belle robe hazy et petite brume. Nez et bouche très fruits exotiques. Bien sèche en bouche avec peu d’amertume pour une Brut IPA. Très réussie. Une Brut hyper accessible !

🇨🇵🇨🇵 une bière avec une belle carbonatation, un côté levure hyper agréable et des arômes de fruits tropicaux. La fin de bouche est sèche et amère. Bref c'est du beau boulot made in la débauche.
