Munkholm Weiss is brewed as a proper beer, but the fermentation is stopped before the alcohol is created, resulting in a non-alcoholic beer with a full beer taste. It is an unfiltered tradition German hefeweissen with a pale straw colour, a hazy appearance and a thick long-lasting head. The aroma is fruity with notes of bubblegum, banana and a hint of coriander. The taste is full and slightly tart.
