Soft bitter refreshing beer. This is the best bio beer so far. It’s very light and not to fuzzy.

Flight 1/6. Lucid, amber beer with strong, long-lasting carbonation unlocks a one-finger, pure white, tiny-bubbled head that descends gradually to a neat lacing on top. The withdrawing foam leaves really thick coverings on the glass. The scent displays medium-strong lemon zest and coarse lemon peel as well as a good amount of grapefruit. A bit of bread and some dry grass follow with a noticeably cellary twist. The palate is unfortunately thin, offering squeezed grapefruit and harsher lemon peel as well as a light-hoppy nuance. The skinny-bodied beer finishes short with bitter citrus peel that is slightly dry-hopped overall. The mouthfeel is rather watery, light-crisp, faintly piney but also quite fresh.
