We have brewed a new beer in a new way. We have not added any hops at all in the boil, only in the mash, in the whirlpool and in the fermenter. This does not mean that there are less hops, on the contrary, there is 13g / liter of beer. The malt in the beer is Pilsner malt giving a light color. Furthermore, it is fermented at a cooler temperature than our other ales, resulting in less yeast character and esters.
