Limpid, deep gold beer with restrained, quick carbonation builds a one-finger, cloud-white, whipped-creamy head that melts soon down to a frazil-icy lacing on top. The scent displays a bit of pale malt with a relatively farmhousey twist. Generally speaking, the fragrance is truly subdued. The tongue gets anxious about the combination of somewhat musty, farmhousey, even slightly cellary malt that merges with strong dry hops, a little injection of straw and a decent piney note. The gustatory experience is followed by rather penetrative, bitter lemon peel. The body is light-medium. The beer ends, over a short to medium duration, with tangy dry hops, a bit of resin, spruce needles and a remotely farmhousey malty aroma. Dry grass and a cellary fermented nuance accompanies in the shadows. The mouthfeel is light, musty, a bit cellary and reasonably crisp. It's also decently dry-hopped and medium-drying.
