- I started drinking this beer and really disliked it. It’s very malty and has a similar aftertaste that marinates in your mouth. However, as I kept drinking Simple Times, I began to enjoy it more and I know that it had a place for some people. I would take it if offered, but it’s a flavor that I’m not extremely fond of. With that said it begins to sit better as one lets the beer runs its course from 12 ounces left, to 1 ounce left.

Very sweet for a lager

Hoppier than expected but good.
