Miracle Weizenbock is our annual holiday tribute to the light display on Hampden’s 34th Street, known as the “Miracle on 34th St.” It is a strong, dark wheat beer brewed with three different malted wheats and fermented with a traditional hefe yeast which lends subtle notes of clove and spice to the finish. IBU 20. MALT: Wheat, Dark Wheat, Chocolate wheat, Vienna, Carawheat. HOPS: Perle, Tettnang. YEAST: Weizen

Sweet maltiness throughout. Heavy darkness, almost porter like but without the burnt flavours or smoke aromas, obviously. Essentially a weizenbier with dark malt. Clove esters linger on the palate.
