We took our flagship IPA, mixed up the grist with additions of spelt and rye for added complexity, then fermented it with a Belgian Saison yeast strain that brings black pepper and fleshy fruit esters to Eternal’s floral and citrus hop character.

Tuoksu raikkaan greippisen/sitruksisen hapan. Maku saisonimaisen tallimainen, viljainen, vaalean leipäinen, sitrusmainen ja miedosti havumetsäinen. Suht tukevarunkoisen oloinen vaikka vain 4,1%. Kesäkuumalle sopisi varmasti vielä paremmin kuin kylmenevään syksyyn mutta kyllähän tätä nytkin siemailee...
