Franz is our Oktoberfest beer. He’s an autumnal brew, a bit of a dreamer, often hikes in the Alps and comes back with great ideas for delicious malts and is forever hoisting barrels over his head for ’ze exercize’. Franz is our Oktoberfest brau, and our first take on a German brew. Not traditional, but über German. These malts will PUMP you UP, jaaah!

Achtung Baby indeed. nice malty aroma, almost bready. Malty taste with a nice sweet finish. no defined aftertaste but enjoyable. smooth and easy drinking session ale even at the abv

Malty with a sweet taste at the finish. Reasonable offering.

It pours brown in colour with a subtle haze and a white head. Aroma is sweet and malty. Flavour is malty, initially sweet, with a slightly bitter finish.
