Eh it’s ok… I always liked bareback way better… 😁 “Don’t get thrown by this one coming out of the can. While dark in color, this brown ale has a remarkably light mouthfeel, making it a great beer any time of year. The malt (🤢) profile showcases hints of caramel, roasted nuts, and cocoa. Just like the rodeo announcer says… “ Lets make him feel better on a Saturday night.””

Stopped in Buffalo Wyoming to experience some of the Old West. Occidental Saloon was founded in the 1880s and hasn't changed much. A lot of wild Old West history in this building. Decided to try a Wyoming brown ale that I have had before and enjoyed it. All of the same characteristics as before. Still the delicious sweet brown ale with some caramel notes. But the setting is undescribable. Great break on a long road trip.

Stopped in Mitchell, South Dakota at the Back 40 Taproom and Grill on my way to Montana. Good food and great beer selection. This beer is the far right brew in this flight of four. Dark red and clear color. Very mild roasted brown ale. Not thick and heavy. Has a sweet very roasted malt. Very smooth and extremely drinkable. This is my favorite beer here.
