Collaboration with Birrificio Montegioco (ITA) and Croce di Malto (ITA). Inspired by the salty beers of Leipzig (gose) produced with added white and pink salt. Presents a veiled blond color, with a fine-grained white foam. The aroma is dominated by floral and coriander notes, well in evidence. At the first gulp you immediately appreciate the salt, present but never intrusive, which is in perfect balance between the sweet notes of malt and the delicately hopped hops of German hops. A touch of final acidity cleans the palate and immediately encourages a new gulp. To drink in buckets!
