En bouche c'est très complexe et les saveurs sont multiples... Le goût café et chocolat noir domine... Des subtile saveur de vanille se font sentir !! C'est savoureux ! M'attendais à plus d'épaisseur...

A short review due to accompanying people. Murky, very deep dark brown beer with meager carbonation releases a one-finger, light tan head rises up to one finger. The foamy mattress loses gradually air and settles down to a lower level. The fragrance displays hefty dark-roasted light-bitter black coffee. Faint cream emanates to the nostrils, bringing in sweet softness. Dark roasted bread and lactose can also be detected. The tongue loves massive dry, burned black coffee. It's somewhat dominant on the tongue. Bitter dark malt, bags of sweet black bread, biscuit dough, a pinch of oat flakes and a dry sooty note accompany within the immediate proximity. The body is medium-light. The beer finishes with bitter, dry black coffee roasted coffee beans, toasted rye bread and a good amount of biscuit dough. The aftertaste lingers on tongue for a significantly long time. The mouthfeel is somewhat dry, a bit burned, slightly ashy and quite strong. It's also soft, smooth as well as a bit oily.
