Brewed with a unique Belgian yeast strain, this sinfully smooth refermented specialty ale is artfully crafted for a delicate balance of spice, malt and hop flavours with a fine champagne-like effervescence.
These ales are traditionally named after hellish demons due to their lust for power and in reference to the beer’s deceitful drinkability. Our golden ale is such a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Had I not read the label and gone by my instincts I'd swear this was a mead from the honey sweetness and hints of spices. It actually does smell like champagne, as claimed on the label, was quite surprised by it. Highly carbonated, perhaps to enhance that champagne feel, indeed the cork blew off of it's own accord as soon as I'd removed the cage. Really an interesting beer, not my fave, but well worth experimenting with.

Pas pire, mais goût d’alcool trop fort à notre goût. Bonne bière de party par contre
