Très bonne bière légère, très belle couleur, bière aux pain hyper original, l’esprit de ne pas gâcher est interessant.

Concept super sympa mais manque de houblon aromatique

Beer done with unsold bread. The smell is light and full of malt, the taste is pleasant, with a round body, a little spicy. The brewer warned me about the foam...and yes there was a lot of foam! :)
