Seems quite aromatic at the first taste. But it doesn't seem to build up in taste like I wanted it to. Leaves a nice feeling in the mouth though, lingers. Truly a winter beer, the flavor profile is definitely fitting to the name. But I'm feeling like I'm missing something and don't really know what it is. Maybe it's the Christmas dinner and the comfort of my own home...
