We opened today bottle of Duvel Bourbon from second batch. It's a special day and very special beer! Made on base two kinds of hops Saaz-saaz and Styrian Golding in 197 American oak barrels. Beautifull copper colour, clear body, with a medium, creamy, light yellow head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, wood, dried fruits, caramel, coco melk. Alcohol is not disturbing. We are already looking for for batch 3 😉
