Une très faible carbonatation, en bouche c'est juste bluffant, des magnifiques notes chocolatées, le miel explose sous la langue, c'est très structuré, puissant, mais les watts ne ressortent absolument pas (bravo ! ), on a un magnifique équilibre, je pense qu'on pourrait la laisser vieillir encore 10 ans... respect !
