Tasting paddle 2/8. Transparent, gold beer with lively, sustained carbonation builds a white, fluffy head that descends quickly to a frazil-icy lacing wafting on the surface. The nose receives a tad lemon pulp and some lemon peel. The taste receptors get easily along with strong lemon peel, bags of grapefruit, a tad passionfruit and a tiny injection of orange. Standard pale malt follows in the background. The light-bodied beer's aftertaste is more bitter and slightly sour citrusy. It remains in the mouth for a long time. The mouthfeel is light, distantly tart and simultaneously faintly crisp, somewhat juicy and fresh.
