I didn't know that I've already had this beer before. 🙄 This is a retasting then.
Relatively clear, deep gold beer with lively, standard-duration carbonation unlocks a cream-white, velvety head that reaches one finger. The foamy pillow shrinks slowly to a pretty lace layer wafting on the top. The retention is substantially long.
The nose receives sour passionfruit, a tad guava and lemon pulp. All those fruity components are fairly mild but still recognizeable. I can also trace a distant farmhousey aroma like barnyard.
The gustatory offer includes rather thin medium-hopped malt, faint apricot and a drop of squeezed orange. A strange, unexpected farmhousey nuance pops up again onto my tastebuds. I can't exactly name it but it's not stale either.
The light-bodied beer ends with relatively dry and medium-crisp lemon peel, some lemon pulp and a touch of grapefruit. The aftertaste is, generally speaking, simple and straighforward but keeps the tastebuds a tad confused over medium to long duration.
The mouthfeel is distantly tart, substantially mildly earthy and neatly rustic. It's also dry and mouth-drying. I'll raise the score by 0.3 stars.

Medium-misty, gold beer fills the glass from tap. Good standard carbonation unlocks a clean white, velvety head that reaches mere half a finger's height and settles down to a thin lace ring on top. The chain of tiny bubbles adorns the top for long. The dying head leaves no traces on the glass.
The olfactory provision is truly restrained, more or less silent. Mere thin sweet biscuit and a pinch of dried apricot emanate to the nostrils.
The taste receptors are picking nuances of crackers, somewhat stale pale malt and bitter, watery wheat malt. The palate is slightly stuffy and closed.
The light-bodied beer finishes with light-hoppy, faint dry grass and bitter wheat malt. The aftertaste vanishes rather soon from the mouth.
The mouthfeel is thin, a bit musty and earthy. It's also frothy, noticeably closed and uninspiring.
