Massively cloudy, deep gold beer with meager, rapid carbonation unlocks a one-finger, snow-white, silky head whose short retention frees it to a hair-thin lacing wafting on the surface. The scent is virtually nonexistent, displaying solely watery lemon juice and a very faint vinous idea. The gustatory profile contains massively sour lemon peel, distant salt and a gentle note of coriander. The body is light. The beer ends with sour lemon juice, bags of lemon peel and a tad passionfruit. The aftertaste has short to medium duration. The mouthfeel is really tart and relatively puckering, quite juicy, very summery as well as a bit Mediterranean. 0.3 extra stars for the low ABV of 3.9 %.
