Bonne petite bière blanche qui se boit toute seul. Entre le florale et le fruité en terme de houblonnage avec quand même une bonne petite amertume, elle est ultra claire !

Foggy, gold beer with good, rich, sustained carbonation unlocks an off-white, silky head that climbs up to one finger and settles gradually down to a decent lacing on top. The withdrawing foam leaves thick lace fractals on the wall of the glass. The fragrance is really juicy and fruity, offering predominantly lemon peel and grapefruit pulp, seasoned with a good amount of mild-bitter wheat malt. The tongue experiences thin lemon zest and coarse lemon peel, medium-bitter wheat malt and a yeasty note. The taste is relatively simple and straighforward as well as predictable. The body is considerably weak. The beer ends with bitter, light-tart lemon zest that has been mixed with too much water, harsh grated lemon peel and restrained wheat malt. The duration of the aftertaste is medium to long. The mouthfeel is thin, even slightly watery, rather fresh and slightly crisp. It's also a tad subtropical and a bit dry.
