Ddm 06/25 Mousse marron et une couleur noir et sa pétille finement.un peu sucré mais trouve pas le goût de caramel mais sa me plaît bien. A découvrir d'autres sa pourrait être bien. 165 ème bière Belge.

Tonight we celebrate Saint Nicholas's Eve in The Netherlands, so not quite time for a Christmas beer yet. A nice winter beer on this cold and wet autumn day will do just right. A hazy brown beer with a big beige head that doesn't last. Olfactory there is nothing exciting. Malty and spices, the beer is nice and warming. No big spectacle, but decent enough.

Epice, caramel puis amertume. Belle équilibre. Malt foncé mais pas de torréfaction/café présente.

Tyylikäs kirkki. Vihreässä etiketissä punaiset reunukset ja keskellä kotka. Hiekanvärinen vaahto. Tummanruskea juoma. Hapokas alku, mutta tasaantuhan se, kun opettaa hetkisen. Paahteinen. Aistittavissa karamellisyyttä ja yrttiä. Jälkimaussa banaania hyppysellinen. Alkaa talvi taittumaan kevääseen, joten on aika nauttia viimeiset talvijuomat pois.
