This hazy American pale ale is brewed with 100% Brettanomyces clausenii (Brett C.) yeast. This yeast gives this light bodied pale ale both tropical and pineapple notes, while the hops add a blend of floral and citrus notes. Despite being 100% Brett C. this pale ale has very minimal brett characteristics.

smelled and a little taste of bubble gum. Pleasant little beer.
