Comme une IPA anglaise de chez Northern Monk. A qui demanderait : c'est quoi une bonne IPA anglaise ? La réponse est là. C'est simple et complexe, évident et recherché. Léger et goûtu. Fruité en restant une bière amère avant tout. Les types qui maitrisent la recette. Et la canette toujours top. Very well done!
