Хорошая терпкая ипа

Хороший IPA, вполне себе классичен, ароматен, хвоен, цитрусов, чуть карамелен. Горечь приятна.

Плотность 16, IBU 65

"Дегустация" прошла давно, оценка и комментарий позабыты. Поэтому только фото.

Интересная ипа с горчинкой то ли гари то ли копчености то ли костра. Понравилась.

New brewery to me. Bottle. Bottled on 24.9.2019 Temperature: +8 C Golden-orange color. Slightly cloudy. Creamy head has excellent retention and it leaves strong lace patterns inside the glass. Neat: 4,75/5 Nose has a very basic citrusy hop aroma supported by the caramel malt. Slightly earthy as well. Mild aromas: 2,75/5 Mouthfeel is medium with even a bit oily feel. Bitterness is noticeable but doesn't complement the mouthfeel enough. Seems a bit "unprofessional": 3/5 Sweet malt flavors, even milder citrus than were in the scent. Hops are more grassy, to be honest. I'm picking up a minor butter taste also, which definitely should not be here: 7/15 Not very interesting beer at all. Like a basic American West Coast IPA, but with milder and softer characteristics: 9,5/20 =27/50
