Ahtanum hops showcase IPA. Coniferous scent and palate. Pine and subtle citrus fruits with hint of lemongrass. Dryish. Somewhat different but still like it.

Smells like a saison, quite floral?! Tastes extremely bitter but with a piney sweet aftertaste. Along with the warmth of the alcohol, so lots going on....It’s quite complex for a one Hop ipa.
