Blonde Tchèque - Le Lever Du Soleil, France
3.3
Limpid, amber beer with restrained, short-lived carbonation releases a modest, white head that dissolves soon to a frazil-icy lacing. The nose love the oversweet aroma of fermented banana, a wee bit of fig, identifiable cantaloupe and a bit of dried apricot. The gustatory experience deviates substantially from the olfactory experience. The taste serves a bit of molten butter, a diacetylic aroma, some butter crackers and malt bread. The body is light to light-medium. The medium-endured aftertaste serves hefty buttery malt, butter crackers and a weak hoppy note. The mouthfeel is light, distantly butyric and relatively easy.
