A different take on our Rauchwine [smoked barley wine], this time we gave it a 3-hour boil to produce a super-rich, luxuriously caramelly late-night sipper. Our Monsters beers are parti-gyles: brewed in small batches from the rich, stronger wort from early in the brewing process to create imperial beers in all sort of styles.
