Our 2017 American Barleywine, aged in third-use bourbon barrels for six months, smoothing it out and adding a gentle extra depth. Our Monsters beers are parti-gyles: brewed in small batches from the rich, stronger wort from early in the brewing process to create imperial beers in all sort of styles.
