
Every year we brew a huge, dark ale based on an 1806 recipe for a beer destined for export to the court of Catherine II of Russia, and each time we do it we age it in a different way, creating an on going series of beers very much suited to laying down, or drinking right away (share with a friend).
This is the 2012 - Brettanomyces lambicus Edition - inoculated with this distinctive micro-organism from Brussels.
