Assez légère pour une "brune", manque de caractère pour moi, mais se boit très facilement par temps chaud. Très délicate.

Une Porter au vrai goût de sarrasins. Pour moi, c'est la meilleure bière au blé noir que j'ai goûté. Le côté torréfié ressort bien et surtout, le goût particulier du sarrasin qui reste présent tout au long de la dégustation. Bien joué La Belle joie!
